OREO FEATS OF WONDER

THE BRIEF

Habitat were charged with bringing to life the Feats of Wonder concept from SapientNitro on behalf of Australian Olympic Team sponsors Oreo. This concept gives everyday Australians the opportunity to feel the wonder of being an Olympian and performing feats of wonder.

THE RESPONSE

We proposed the main event be a long jump Australian record attempt followed by 3 smaller events; pole vault, weight lifting and Tae kwon do. The long jump was created using a 15m long scaffold rig with two electric harness winches.
Each of the smaller events were built as social media photo opportunities with the weightlifting being a clear favourite for people to perform their best strained facial expressions.

THE RESULT

Across the 2 days over 450 people actively participated in the Olympic events and social media reach was well over 4500.
